This policy explains what Bacodev processes when you visit the site or use a tool.
Effective July 19, 2026
01
Scope of this policy
This policy explains how Bacodev handles information when you browse the website, use a local tool, contact us, or use a feature that requires server processing.
A tool specific processing notice may provide additional details when a feature uses a server or third party provider.
02
Local tool content
Tools marked local processing run in your browser. Their input, uploaded file contents, and output are not transmitted to Bacodev servers by the tool.
Your browser and device remain responsible for temporary memory, downloads, clipboard operations, and any optional local storage you choose to use.
03
Analytics and service measurement
When analytics are enabled by the operator, we may measure page views, tool opens, tool actions, copy or download actions, directory searches with no results, broad device information, performance, and input size ranges to improve reliability.
We do not intentionally include pasted content, uploaded file contents, output values, authentication tokens, or filenames in analytics events.
Tool opened or action used
Approximate size bracket rather than content
Browser and device category
Processing success or failure without the submitted value
Operator configured verification or analytics snippets may run on public pages when enabled
04
Browser storage
Theme preferences, saved tools, recently used tools, and optional workspaces may be stored in your browser. This information stays under your browser controls.
You can remove it through the relevant control or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
05
Server based and AI assisted tools
A tool that requires server processing will display what is submitted and why it is required before you use it.
Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive information unless the tool notice clearly states that the processing is suitable for that data.
06
Information you send to us
When you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, and message. Use only the information required to explain the request.
Do not send private files, API keys, authentication tokens, or confidential datasets through a general contact message.
07
Retention and protection
We retain contact and operational information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations, security, and dispute prevention.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. We use reasonable controls and continue to reduce unnecessary collection.
08
Questions and requests
Use the contact page for questions about this policy or information you submitted directly to Bacodev. We may need reasonable information to verify and process a request.
09
Optional accounts and preference sync
Accounts remain optional. When enabled, the application stores the email address, password hash, display name, account status, plan relationship, and security audit events needed to operate the account.
Manual workspace sync is limited to favorites, recent tool identifiers, and interface preferences by default. Pasted text, uploaded file contents, generated results, tokens, and API keys are excluded from automatic sync.
10
Installable app and offline cache
The service worker may cache public pages, application assets, and selected local tool pages on the visitor device for faster loading and offline use.
Account pages, administrator pages, API responses, and submitted form content are excluded from the offline page cache. Visitors can remove cached application data through browser settings.
